Yes, all hosting accounts can be accessed via FTP, Secure FTP and SSH.

FTP and Secure FTP are methods for transferring files from one place to another - use either FTP or Secure FTP to upload the files from which your website is composed.

SSH is used to establish a remote command prompt (or terminal shell). You might want SSH access to directly manipulate your files on our hosting servers. Please note that you won't be able to do too much via SSH - access to install programs or manage services and processes is not allowed.
