Introduction

We collect some data when you use the Hosting Reborn service. Of this data, some is personal information such as your name and email address. We explain here under what conditions personal information is collected and what we do with it.

When using our contact form you are are required to provide your email address and can optionally provide your name.

We store these data for the sole purpose of being able to get back to you - if we don't know your email address we can't respond to your messages.

We only ever use these data to respond to your messages. We will never use your name or email address for any other purpose. Once a message has been marked as 'closed' we will never return to your personal information or use it in any way.

Registering an account

When registering an account you are required to provide your email address.

Your email address is recorded against your account and is kept as the point of contact for that account.
